These terms govern your use of StackCheaper. By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
StackCheaper is an independent tool that compares precious-metals bullion prices across third-party dealers and lets you track prices, set alerts, and record your holdings. We do not sell metals and are not a dealer or broker. See our Disclaimer for important limitations on the information we provide.
You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your email secure, since sign-in is by email link. You must be at least 18 years old. Provide accurate information and don't use someone else's account.
Don't misuse the service. In particular, don't scrape or bulk-harvest the site, attempt to disrupt or overload it, reverse-engineer or resell it, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service.
The site links to third-party dealers. Any purchase you make is solely between you and that dealer, under their terms. We are not a party to those transactions and are not responsible for dealer pricing, availability, products, shipping, or conduct.
StackCheaper's design, code, and content are ours or our licensors'. Dealer names and trademarks belong to their owners. You may use the site for your own personal, non-commercial use only.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't warrant that prices are accurate, current, or available, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, StackCheaper will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your reliance on information here or from any purchase you make from a dealer. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (which may be $0 for free users).
You can stop using the service and delete your account anytime. We may suspend or end access if you violate these terms or to protect the service.
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which StackCheaper is operated, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
